This terraced house is situated on a sought after location near the Eindhoven city centre in the vibrant Irisbuurt neighbourhood. The garden at the rear of the property is accessed via a canopy structure that houses a double garden storage unit. From the second floor landing there is access to the attic space via a loft ladder. The attic is divided into two sections above the house and contains the mechanical ventilation unit for the kitchen. The standing height under the ridge beam is 1.30 metres.

In terms of insulation the property is partially fitted with double glazing. The cavity walls have been insulated using pellets and the flat roofs were insulated around 2013. The current energy label is D which remains valid until 12 March 2036. The WOZ value has been assessed at 690000 euros with a reference date of 1 January 2025.

The purchase agreement will include an asbestos clause, an age clause, and a non owner occupancy clause.
