The farmhouse was originally built around 1900. The previous owners extensively renovated the building under architectural supervision starting in 1991. The current resident has carried out various restorations and modernizations since 2015. With a keen eye for detail, much attention has been paid to preserving the authentic atmosphere without compromising modern comfort. The front part of the house was renovated and fitted with floor insulation and underfloor heating, and the kitchen was also modernized. The thatched roof was replaced in 2016, and the roof of the adjacent barn was replaced in 2020. Additionally, the central heating boiler was replaced in 2024 and 32 solar panels were installed. The entire property presents a well maintained and cared for appearance.

The first floor features a spacious landing, one bedroom with a dormer window, and a hallway providing access to two additional bedrooms. A second bathroom is accessible from the landing and is fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity unit. Behind the bedroom with the dormer window is a spacious storage area, accessible via the landing.

The grounds of 2160 square meters feature a large barn built of wood and stone, which was renovated in 2020. A canopy has been created at the rear of the barn. The barn is divided into two sections and is equipped with electricity, water, an attic, and its own distribution board. The house is centrally situated on the plot, and the garden has been completely revitalized and includes various fruit trees.

Additional technical details include that the roof of the house has a closed ridge constructed with Spano plates and new thatched roofing from 2016. The roof is well maintained and was rinsed and injected in 2025. The barn roof was replaced in 2020, utilizing similar Spano roof plates with a thatched and partially tiled covering. The kitchen was renovated in 2022 and offers an authentic and cozy ambiance. There are 32 solar panels present, with a production of 8540 kWh in the past year. The home has central heating (CV boiler from 2024) with radiators and underfloor heating in the front section. A decorative wood stove is present in the living room. The electrical panel and piping have been updated to accommodate the kitchen and an electric vehicle. There is ample parking on the property for approximately four to five cars.
