Let yourself be surprised by the high quality finish: in 2016 the dormer window was replaced and widened (with plastic frames and tilt and turn windows), with the roof deck insulated with 15 cm insulation. In 2017 the house received new zinc gutters (front and back), complete with zinc downpipes. This way you always have cooling at hand even on tropical days and in winter you benefit from flexible (and often cheaper) heating. A family home deserves a safe outdoor space. In 2023 a sturdy mesh fence was placed around the garden, complete with steel gates with locks, so you can enjoy the outdoors without worrying about safety. The garden has also been recently repaved, so you can sit wonderfully outside in both the front and back garden.

Alblasserdam is known for its pleasant living environment: all amenities are within reach. Schools, shops, sports clubs and nature are a short distance away. You can quickly drive towards the exit roads and the green environment invites you to walk or cycle along the rivers and through the polder landscape.

Layout
Via the entrance at the front you enter the hall, where the meter cupboard is immediately located and a bit further on the access to the separate toilet. The hall forms the central point of the house and also gives access to a handy storage cupboard under the stairs, ideal for storing coats, shoes and household items. At the rear of the house is the kitchen, executed in a practical layout. The kitchen has a hob, sink and sufficient work and cupboard space. From the kitchen, the back garden is accessible via the back door. From the hall you also walk through to the spacious living room.

Through the large windows and double French doors at the rear you can optimally benefit from this space with a lot of natural light. This makes the living room particularly pleasant and offers plenty of options for a spacious sitting and dining area. Via the fixed staircase you reach the landing on the first floor. The house has a practical layout with no less than three bedrooms and a complete bathroom. This room also has air conditioning and offers enough space for a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. At the rear is the second bedroom, parallel, of good size and also equipped with air conditioning. From this room you have access to the balcony. The third bedroom is located at the rear of the house and is a room that lends itself perfectly as a home office or nursery.

The bathroom is located at the front of the house and is practically furnished with a bath, sink and toilet. Thanks to the window there is natural ventilation, which provides extra comfort.

Second floor
Upon arrival on the attic floor, you arrive on the landing where it is immediately noticeable how efficiently the available space on this floor is used. The layout is logical and practical. The bedroom at the rear is particularly spacious and therefore excellent as a bedroom (equipped with air conditioning and electric shutters). Thanks to the dormer window with the large window, a lot of natural light falls inside, which ensures a pleasant and light atmosphere. At the front is the second bedroom. This room is perfect as a children's, guest or study room.

At the rear of this floor attention has been paid to practical living comfort. Here is a separate laundry room, ideal for placing a washing machine and dryer.
