We are pleased to offer these semi-detached homes located at Tarwestraat in Halle. The project is being realized by Bouwbedrijf Bruggink from Heelweg. The homes will receive a preliminary energy label of A+++ and the allocation takes place subject to reservation of granting by the developer.
Layout
Ground floor:
Through the entrance and hall, you enter the home. Here you will find the connection for the guest toilet (excluding sanitary ware and tiling) and the meter cabinet. From the hall, there is access to the living room located at the front of the home.
At the rear of the house, the kitchen is situated. The home is delivered without a kitchen, giving you complete freedom to design it according to your own wishes and taste. The space is equipped with French doors, providing a pleasant connection with the garden and a pleasant amount of daylight. From here, there is access to the hall with staircase to the first floor and access to the practical utility room.
The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating and is without radiators. The walls are delivered ready for wallpapering.
First floor:
From the landing, you have access to the two spacious bedrooms. At the rear, two skylights are present and at the front, a dormer provides extra space and light.
On the first floor, you will also find the bathroom. This is also delivered including connections and excluding sanitary ware and tiling.

Finishing

The home is delivered without sanitary ware and tiling in the toilet and the two bathrooms, but including all necessary connections. This gives you the freedom to finish these spaces completely according to your own taste and preference.
The ground floor and first floor are heated by means of underfloor heating, the second floor/loft is not heated.
The concrete ceilings on the ground floor and first floor will be provided with white spray plaster, slanted ceilings are in a natural color (brown/green). The slanted roof is covered with ceramic tiles in slate color.
Of course, there are several options possible, think for example of extension with bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, kitchen at the front, closed kitchen, carport, dormer at the rear, fixed staircase to the second floor, extra solar panels, etc. For this, we refer you to the technical description which includes the options with the associated prices.
