The second floor is reached via a second cast iron spiral staircase. The stairwell is separated from the bedroom here by a steel facade and glass, creating a beautiful spatial effect. The landing room is an impressive high space with a dormer which currently functions as a home workspace and has a beautiful view over the inner city. The third bedroom with a dormer is also located on this floor.

The city garden measures approximately 4.5 by 6.5 meters and is beautifully landscaped with old cobblestones. Despite the central location in the inner city, the garden offers remarkable privacy because it is surrounded by deep gardens and trees. The garden is located on the northwest and has sun from noon until the evening. There is room for a large dining table and several seating areas.
