The upper three floors serve as residential levels, each featuring exceptionally generous outdoor spaces around the perimeter, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The distribution includes four apartments on the ground floor, two on the first floor, and two apartments on the second floor, including the penthouse described here.

The building features comprehensive insulation achieving an Energy Label A rating. High ceilings measuring three meters combined with large terraces and expansive views create an atmosphere of grandeur throughout the spaces. Premium materials and careful finishing complete the overall impression.

The entrance to the building is located on the ground floor and features a shared, modern entrance finished with marble, including mailboxes, a wide staircase, and an elevator providing access to the third and uppermost residential level.

Upon entering the apartment, residents are greeted by a hall containing a wardrobe, built in closets, and a luxurious toilet room.
