For climate control, the house is equipped with several air conditioning units from Panasonic, installed in 2025, which provide both cooling and heating. Preparations for installing an electric charging point have already been made. The property sits on a spacious corner plot featuring a carport and a side garden. The backyard faces west and is equipped with a beautiful canopy at the rear of the plot.

Upon entering the ground floor, the elongated hallway immediately creates a welcoming feeling with its light colors and sufficient space for a coat rack. The hall grants access to a toilet room with a fountain, the staircase to the first floor, a practical staircase cupboard, and the renewed meter cupboard. To the right is the entrance to the living room, while walking straight ahead leads to the kitchen. Throughout the entire ground floor there is a tile floor, as well as plastered walls and ceilings.

The through-living room enjoys ample light, thanks in part to the sliding doors at the rear which make it easy to bring the outdoors inside. There is enough room to place a large sofa and a dining table, with the dining area connected to the open kitchen. An air conditioning unit is present in the living room for cooling and heating purposes. The kitchen is simply furnished with a straight setup. It includes a stainless steel sink, a gas hob with an extractor hood, and a freestanding dishwasher. Other loose appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, and combi oven are not included in the purchase. The kitchen provides direct access to the backyard.

The first floor landing is equipped with air conditioning and gives access to three bedrooms, a laundry room, the bathroom, and a fixed staircase to the attic. The landing and bedrooms have carpeted floors, plastered walls, and plastered ceilings. The bedroom at the front features practical built-in cupboards. The bedroom at the rear has a door to a balcony and an electrically operated sun screen. This sun screen is also present at the third bedroom located at the rear. The second floor consists of a full usable attic floor. It is arranged as a landing with the central heating boiler and a very large fourth bedroom. Both rooms are finished with carpet. The bedroom has a large dormer window at the rear and a Velux roof window at the front. Practical storage space can be found in the roof slopes on both sides. This room is also equipped with an air conditioner for cooling and heating.

Outside the property, the house stands on a fine corner plot with still plenty of space next to the driveway. In 2024 and 2025 the side wall of the house was renewed, well insulated, and provided with a beautiful carport with a skylight. Through the wooden gate, one can walk freely to the backyard located on the west.
